A New Chapter in Operational Leadership
DRN continues to evolve its operational leadership to better support clients, recovery agents, and partners across its growing network.
As part of a broader tri-brand alignment with MVTRAC and SCM, Cortney Osborne has been appointed Chief Operations Officer across DRN, MVTRAC, and SCM. In this role, Cortney will lead tri-brand operations, serving as the functional head for our operational strategy moving forward. This transition brings greater cohesion across key operational areas.
Under Cortney’s leadership, the following teams are now aligned:
- Jessica Roth, EVP, Recovery Operations, overseeing Forwarding, Impounds, Client Services, and MVR
- Ryan Medina, SVP, Vendor Management
- Brittany Jennrich, SVP, Post Recovery and Administration
- Tre Whiteley, AVP, SCM Skip Operations
- Michael Maldonado, AVP, MV Skip Operations
- Tammy Ledbetter, VP, SCM Skip Operations
- Paige Bowser, VP, Compliance and Contracting
In addition, Claire Carter has expanded her role to Executive Vice President of Project Management across DRN, MVTRAC, and SCM. Claire brings deep expertise in lender strategy, integrations, and performance management, helping drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance integration, performance, and partner collaboration.
