To help customers gain additional visibility into qualifying recovery events, DRN is expanding Loss Alerts within DRNsights Analytics (Plus) and DRNsights Provider with new subscription enhancements that include Private Property Impound (PPIM) and AI Calling.
These enhancements add more context to qualifying Loss Alert records when data is available, allowing subscribed customers to review additional information without changing the way they already use DRNsights.
More Visibility Within Loss Alerts
Loss Alerts helps lenders and recovery professionals stay informed when important vehicle events occur, making it easier to identify activity that may require attention.
With the addition of PPIM and AI Calling, qualifying alerts may now include more information to help teams better understand a recovery opportunity before deciding what action to take.
Because these enhancements are built directly into the existing Loss Alerts experience, there’s no new workflow to learn or separate system to manage.
What's Included
Enhanced Loss Alerts subscriptions may provide additional information for qualifying records when supporting data is available.
Depending on the alert, customers may see:
- Private Property Impound (PPIM) information with available towing details and related agency information.
- AI Calling summaries that provide additional context from automated outreach to qualifying towing companies when a successful verification occurs.
- Expanded support for qualifying Loss Alert types, including Impound, Stolen, and Accident events.
- Information displayed directly within DRNsights, making it available through the same Loss Alerts workflow customers already use.
PPIM and AI Calling enhancements are available only to subscribed customers and only when qualifying data exists.
