We’re pleased and proud to announce that Cortney Osborne has joined DRN and MVTRAC as Chief Client Officer. Cortney will lead sales, business development, client services and customer support teams for our DRNsights product suite. She’ll also focus on building strong client relationships through strategic account management and developing a high level of business intelligence among our sales and account teams.

Cortney joins DRN and MVTRAC from American Recovery Service, where she served as EVP Operations and Chief Services Officer for nearly 18 years. While at ARS, Cortney led business development, client services and operations for their nationwide repossession and skip services business, including the development of the first forwarder LPR dispatch process in 2010. She also played a key leadership role in managing performance of the full ARS portfolio and planning and executing ARS’ long-term business strategy.
